PHASE 01
The Challenge
Quantum Delta NL wanted to support a group of founders from across the Dutch quantum ecosystem as they moved from research into commercial growth.
Building world-class technology is one challenge, and building a business around it is another. The aim was not to teach participants how to innovate, but to help them navigate the uncertainty that comes with commercialisation, from making decisions under pressure and understanding risk, to refining customer thinking and taking practical steps towards market adoption.
PHASE 02
The Solution
NOUGHT POINT ONE designed and delivered a bespoke full-day workshop in Amsterdam, bringing together expertise in decision-making, business risk and commercial strategy.
The programme combined practical frameworks with an open “business surgery” discussion. We also spoke about real-world experience and provided interactive exercises on risk literacy, leadership under pressure, and commercial thinking. Throughout the day, founders were encouraged to test ideas, challenge assumptions and work through the genuine decisions facing their own businesses.
The workshop gave delegates practical tools they could use immediately while creating space for honest conversation around the opportunities and challenges ahead.
PHASE 03
The Outcome
The session prompted thoughtful discussion throughout the day and gave founders greater clarity around the commercial decisions in front of them. The participants left with practical actions to take back into their businesses, along with a stronger framework for approaching uncertainty and making confident decisions as they continued to grow.
Conversations evolved from broad concerns and uncertainty into more focused discussions around customers, positioning, risk and next steps.
