KIA Motors sought support in driving a significant cultural transformation across the organisation. Leadership recognised that siloed working practices, inconsistent communication, and limited cross-functional collaboration were impacting performance and reducing the organisation’s ability to fully leverage the strengths of its people. The objective was to create a more connected, collaborative, and high-performing culture that would support the business through a period of strategic growth and change.

Our Solution

Over a twelve-month period, NPO designed and delivered a series of workshops, keynote presentations, and culture-focused interventions aimed at reshaping behaviours across the organisation. The programme focused on the psychology and science of teamwork, effective communication, how to build and maintain trust, leadership accountability, and the practical actions required to prevent siloed working.

Working closely with leaders and teams throughout the business, NPO helped establish a shared language around performance, collaboration, and culture. The intervention emphasised the importance of care, respect, psychological safety, and trust as the foundations upon which high-performing teams are built, while providing leaders with practical frameworks to reinforce these behaviours consistently.
